Why are all those pies beige?

How many people do you have at your thanksgiving that you need 6 full pies along with 15 mini personal pies.
Ours said Happy Birthday. It was lowkey hilarious.
“Hey, I brought key lime pie. What did you bring?”
“Oh I brought key lime pie. Aunt Bernice! What did you bring?”
“Sweetie, you know I brought the key lime pie!”
“Honey, bring out the good napkins. We have someone special coming over”
If you tell me Shrek 2 came out 20 years ago, I might have to assault you.
Is it bothering anyone else that the bottom two aren’t cut to the middle?
Someone could’ve poured the toppings in a bowl instead of straight out of the cans like a hobo.

Yeah my parent’s pantry in their old farmhouse was a time capsule of birthday parties. Napkins and plates from all ages when my wife helped my Mom clean it out and paint it.
Saving the Shrek 1’s for the wedding
Crazy that they pulled out the good/special napkins, but then disrespected his holiness’ presence with paper plates. Shrek deserves the special plates.

Why don’t people remove the entire lid off of cans? I guess it a live then learn type of situation 🩸
The napkins were there for color. All the food was beige.
Thoses are some sad looking pies
There’s a chinese store (like a dollar store) near me that still sells stuff like serviettes and party tablecloths and plates and cups with REALLY old movies like Shrek and stuff.
Sometimes they have character napkins on clearance for a few cents. Maybe it’s what they could afford, they’re frugal, or they love some Shrek 🤷♀️
I’m more interested in what flavor beige pie is 😢
