Well, it’s a stupid statement, because there are so many steps between “breaking the law” and “being arrested”.
Technically Trump was arrested, I think two times already? He is getting away with too much, certainly, and the justice system has a lot of egg on its face for the slow walking. And the constitution and supreme court for completely stupid decisions.
But technically, Trump broke the law and got arrested.
