Avoiding unnecessary danger is always top tier.

Living the stress free dream

I don’t wanna die in a dark hole

True peace is knowing you’ll never have to choose between claustrophobia and drowning. Sweet dreams secured!

How i sleep with $0.71 in my bank account

would never do it, but my thanks for the ones who do, if was not them, those kids trapped in that cave in Thailand would not be saved.

Lost johns cave convinced me of that lol

Yup. The only Spelunking I want is the game.

Itโ€™s fun, but keep a large margin of safety and know your limits, so you can never even approach them.

I always thought the same. But after some time the idea becomes more fun….

I’m actively working on getting cave diving certified (Going to start GUE classes to then move onto cave classes for this who are in the know). AMA.

It’s all about a good thinking

You sure? What you sleep, dream, or nightmare, sometimes felt real.

honestly same, why risk my life when i can stay cozy in bed and overthink instead

Avoiding needless risk is usually beneficial. Living the dream life without stress

Just the thought of cave diving gives me anxiety, so Iโ€™m sleeping *extra* well. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Going spelunking is fun, but cave diving? Thatโ€™s a whole different level of nightmare, and my thalassophobia just wonโ€™t have it

I know Iโ€™m never going cave diving but still sleep like shit

Some of us sleep soundly knowing weโ€™re safe from getting trapped in pitch black caves…. or dealing w/ creatures that think we look like dinner HAHA

Honestly, people who go cave diving are just auditioning for a horror movie at this point. I’m staying comfy.

I’ve never thought about it until now, I can stop taking my sleeping pills, thank god.

That’s why I watch Action Adventure Twins. They do it for me.

Sorry, I like challenging my guardian angel

Realest

Word.

*MAG 15 – Lost John’s Cave* still lives rent-free in my mind

Alright about that time of the year to bring up the Nutty putty cave horror

I always thought the same. But after some time the idea becomes more fun….

That’s not very rock and stone of you

Me when deep sea diving and anything that involves tall structures like drop attractions, bungee jumping and jumping out of airplanes

I work in a dairy factory, last week I got to crawl inside a huge machine filled with milk powder through what is essentially a porthole. It was exactly how I imagine cave diving feels like. Powder was caked so high up that I kept imagining myself drowning in powder if it all fell to the bottom. It was cool but I couldn’t stay in long before I felt like freaking out.

Ive listened to enough Scary Interesting stories on Youtube to be put off for life

And thereโ€™s me, just finished reading The Luminous Deadโ€ฆ

But I’ll gladly watch recaps of caving diving accidents from the Scary Interesting YouTube channel.

you can go cave diving in a safe manner if you just stick to the very safe, completely mapped out caves and you have a qualified and experienced local guide with you. Also of course you should be experienced yourself and know that you don’t get claustrophobic

the people you hear of that die are the ones that push the limits and take big risks

I’d rather go cave diving then sky diving.

Well, I do. ROCK AND STONE

I went exploring some caves on a tour and it was fun. Then I saw the movie The Descent and now I have no desire to ever go underground again. 10/10 horror movie.

Shout out to the YouTube channel Scary Interesting, giving us 50+ reasons to never go into caves, or caves (underwater).

If I have the choice, I’d much rather do skydiving.
