I work in a dairy factory, last week I got to crawl inside a huge machine filled with milk powder through what is essentially a porthole. It was exactly how I imagine cave diving feels like. Powder was caked so high up that I kept imagining myself drowning in powder if it all fell to the bottom. It was cool but I couldn’t stay in long before I felt like freaking out.

you can go cave diving in a safe manner if you just stick to the very safe, completely mapped out caves and you have a qualified and experienced local guide with you. Also of course you should be experienced yourself and know that you don’t get claustrophobic
the people you hear of that die are the ones that push the limits and take big risks

I went exploring some caves on a tour and it was fun. Then I saw the movie The Descent and now I have no desire to ever go underground again. 10/10 horror movie.
