what we need are better jokes and to that end chill guy , homelander and hulk all can be considered high quality if the joke is funny

I’m sure there are great memes in all formats, just waiting to be posted. New redditors are kept from posting, allegedly to assure that memes are “high-quality.” But the current rules are discouraging people who have good meme ideas but don’t want to devote months to figuring out the karma game.
