Take an edge and fold it down approximately 1 inch toward the center of the mat, then secure with double-faced tape or masking tape on the underside of the folding area. Ensure there aren’t any gaps allowing creases to spring up by folding the next flap around the first.

I've tried putting something heavy on top for a whole day, putting ice cubes on top with something heavy and it keeps coming up
