So he plans to call a nation in Africa, and say I am deporting American citizens to your country because their parents were born there? He never thinks more than 3 minutes ahead. This is also a direct violation of the Constitution. Just after some quick research this would violate several laws and would then give the legal basis for civil lawsuits. Every single one of these folks could file suit against the government and Trump.
So, this is actually illegal.

Hate to burst everyone’s bubble. But. If you are physically conceived in the United States you are a citizen regardless of the immigration status of your parents. So even if Melania wasn’t documented at the time the child was born. The child’s still a citizen.
