because to repeal an amendment, it requires 2/3 of both the house and senate, and 3/4 of all states to repeal it.

Of all the things he’s threatening to do, this is the one I’m least worried about. He doesn’t have a supermajority in either the House or the Senate and even if he did, he doesn’t have the support of 32 states to ratify it. Our Constitution is awful regarding how to handle things in general, but on amending it, it is very clear.
