You ever try to wheel a wheelchair in sand yourself? It’s not easy. Doubt it was a person going for one last swim, alone at least.

Those type of wheelchairs don’t push on sand. Likely rolled in with the tide, or the person went home with a beach wheelchair forgetting this (not sure why they’d even bring it though).

Somebody wanted to be free…
This could’ve floated there from the ocean. Who knows. But a likely scenario is someone’s old/young family died and they cremated remains and wheeled the jar to the ocean for a nice sentimental last visit to the ocean send off. May be they took the jar back or spread ashes on to the beach or whatever and then left the wheelchair there.
Also note: people shouldn’t just leave a wheelchair or whatever at the beach. This is like dumping a big bag of plastic and metal on the beach. Bad choice.
