If there was any risk at all, they wouldn’t walk him publicly like this. All of this is so they can pose for the camera and get publicity. All of these cops are shamelessly milking the publicity for themselves.

I suppose this extreme of effort is what happens when someone from the latter category dares to harm someone of the former. If the dead man weren’t a rich CEO, the police would never have invested the resources to find the killer. But a message had to be sent: dare not touch the oligarchs.
