I guess Superman needed fewer cops, though.
All the security isn’t for him. They aren’t afraid of him it’s not to protect him. They want to show us how big they are that when they want to get someone who acts out against them that they have the power. They want us to be afraid.

This is your moment.” Later, as he pulled on his tactical gear, adjusted his two-way mic, grabbed his AR, he allowed himself just the briefest moment of self-doubt. He wasn’t sure he was built for this. Was his dad right, after all, that he was never going to amount to anything, not with that attitude and his love of interpretative dance? The moment passed, and the self-doubt with it. Because he knew he couldn’t let them down. They were too important. He’d be damned if he’d let another CEO pass a sleepless night worrying about whether he’d make it to his next investor’s meeting.
