Flip a coin. Your emotional reaction to the outcome should tell you what you really wanted all along. If you say “oh…”, you know it should have been the other one from the start.

I had the exact same dilemma a few days ago. I flipped a coin, got cyberpunk but ended up buying Elden ring. If you flip a coin, you can see if you’re satisfied or disappointed by the outcome, and choose based on that

Flip a coin then. Or buy one and wait a few weeks until the exact same “sale” pops up and buy the other.

You like Fantasy go with Elden Ring you like SciFi go with Cyberpunk. Both games are great in their own right it just depends what you want to play. Cyberpunk is cheaper so it gets you another game and possibly save up a bit for the DLC if u like it extra. Personally I’d go with ER always

Personally Cyberpunk has a great modding scene and if it includes PL then even better. Also the 2.2 patch has done wonders for the vanilla experience aswell when it comes to customisation.
If you’ve never played a souls game before I’d recommend trying an older dark souls game with the money left over to get a feel for it!

Buy cyberpunk 2077, and if you can, buy phantom. Liberty too.
Elden ring is a great game, but it does take a lot of time investment to really get into. The story is also something you have to find yourself.
Cyberpunk on the other hand is a lot easier to digest in terms of story, so if you’re just hankering for an RPG, cyberpunk would be the better choice between the two.

If cyberpunk includes phantom liberty at that price point I’d say it’s the clear winner, but even if it doesn’t? Honestly, I’d probably recommend it over elden ring. It’s a bit easier to get into, and has more variety to it for gameplay options.
Elden ring is also really fun, but unless you’re really jonesing for a souls game loop/difficulty experience? Go for cyberpunk.

Can’t go wrong with Cyberpunk but if you don’t know what FromSoftware games are like I would wait until you have more money to maybe grab it alongside another game.

If you go with CP77 you’d have 13 euros for other stuff instead of just 4.

Depend on what you want more at the moment. Do you want to immerse yourself survive in a retro future cyberpunk world, where corpos try to kill your identity, or will you like challenging fight, big world where you could almost explore right at the start?

Cyberpunk 2077. You have many different build options like Elden Ring but also the ability to select a difficulty level. Elden Ring is a bit of an acquired taste unless you’re an avid Souls fan.

You can play Elden Ring at maximum setting WITHOUT any Upscaling or Frame Generation nonsense.
