There are 2 types of people that have suffered a lot.
– thoose who want to make everybody suffer. They suffered and survived so everybody should suffer as well, and fuck you if you are weak.
– thoose who suffered, understood what true pain is, and want to protect everybody from it. They could tank it, and they dont want anyone to experience that.
