You realise a “costumer” is someone who sells costumes? I believe you meant “customer”.

As a reminder, it’s currently open enrollment season for healthcare. So if you’re sick and tired of United healthcare show them where it counts by switching over to a different carrier. Just call your healthcare broker and have them switch you over to something else.

If we can bully them to fix the sonic animation design then we can do anything.

What do Karen’s expect when they tell a billion dollar grocery store that they won’t give them a few hundred each week?

I think you underestimate the power of a consumer in a capitalist society.
Look at the gaming industry. Tons of flops from big studios because people aren’t buying their games.
Concord cost Sony upwards of 400 million dollars.
Ubisoft is almost bankrupt and Tencent is considering buying them. Their stock literally dropped from 82 EUR to 12 EUR in 3 years.
Dragon Age: The Veilguard has less than 10,000 players on average, far outclassed by Baldurs Gate 3.

“I’m not buying this product/service/subscription any more!”
Then don’t. This isn’t an airport. You don’t have to announce your departure.
If it’s genuinely a shit service, enough people will drop it that it will become an issue. Till then it’s working as intended.

Telling an employee that you’re treating like shit that you’re never coming back isn’t the devastating line these idiots seem to think it is.
You wanna upset them, tell them you’ll be back all the time, and you’re gonna tell all your friend and family to come too, and that they’re all just as shitty as you.
