You won’t get any useful answers to this question because no one is taking it serious. While bavaria is a common joke among Germans actually giving it would would be a significant loss to our GDP.
Another thing is that Germans have a tendency to stay relatively close to the area where you were raised, so it is a lot less common to have relatives in another Bundesland(State) than it is in Ukraine.

I once was part of the “Give them Saxony” crew, but honestly, i don’t know anymore. Saxony is way too valuable for Germany and we can’t just give up the people because of AfDsters.

Seriously thinking about it makes it incredibly hard to decide. Germany would lose part of its culture either way, but you’d have to find actual reasoning for your decision. Obviously there needs to be logical thinking involved. And what criteria do you even look for?
For example, while people make the joke that germany could give up Berlin, the placement alone would make that a horrendous choice. For the safety of the country it would have to be one of the border states. You never want to have a potential enemy in your own country, especially not in the form of a sovereign state or part of a sovereign country, smack dab in the middle of the country.
As a whole this question or rather the whole idea of just sacrificing part of your homeland is absurd, no matter who you ask. Even for the ukraine this will be a horrendous idea, no matter how ravaged larger and larger parts of the country become.

On a non serious not Saxony and Bavaria.
On a serious note, Art. 2 Nr.4 of the UN charta forbids any and all attacks that threaten to take territory. So if Russia wins and the UN doesnt enforce this, then the UN and all international law becomes obsolete. China could get Taiwan, the US could invade Panama, Greenland and Canada as Trump already joked about, Turkey could get the kurdish parts of Syria and many more. It would be the end of international order, because it would set the precedent for how conquering your neighbor is legal again.
