Don’t know you but I’m damn proud of you!! Have a friend who is just starting and trying to find words to help. Can I ask what or who was your supporting system? I’m at a loss. I keep telling him that his best version of himself is just around the corner but he has to do the work. I answer when he calls. He’s at 7 weeks and seems strong but also seems to be in mourning if that makes sense?
NGL, I dont know how hard this was, but doing *anything*, consistently, and with focus, for four years, deserves a clap on the back .. and maybe even a man-hug … so here’s to you!
