Cape Disappointment State Park is very close to the Oregon border, but it’s in Washington.

As was mentioned in another comment, I mistakenly put OR, but Cape Disappointment State Park is in WA.

I sure am disappointed! /s

The nearby United States Coast Guard Station Cape Disappointment, Washington, is renowned for operating in some of the roughest sea conditions in the world, and is home to the National Motor Lifeboat School. It is the only school for rough weather and surf rescue operation in the US, and is respected internationally as a center of excellence for heavy boat operations.

Looks like thanos

I keep meaning to go there in winter, but for whatever reason I never pull the trigger

Really interesting composition, great work

Great timing!

I was about to say, ‘isn’t this in WA?’ but I see that yes it’s in WA

And yes, it’s very pretty. I love lighthouses. Like the one in Discovery Park, the Dungeness Spit, the one you see on an tiny island when you’re at the end of the trail at Cape Flattery.

Does that look like the back of Thanos’s head to anyone else?

Incredible picture, thanks

Breathtaking ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|flushed)

Cape disappointment …. Anything BUT disappointing!

Very much taken over by the light, the waves are not as awesome as the lighting.
