I’m just not hungry early in the morning ๐Ÿ˜ญ

I basically never eat breakfast. A lot of times I’ll only eat one big meal a day. It’s not that I don’t have food, I’m just not hungry/lazy enough to put it off until I’m starving.

I donโ€™t eat breakfast on weekdays, ever. Iโ€™m using that time to sleep before work. Every minute counts.

On weekends I sleep in, so by the time Iโ€™m up and ready to eat, itโ€™s lunch time. On the very rare occasion I have breakfast, itโ€™s because Iโ€™m out somewhere and grabbing Jack in the Box or something similarโ€ฆand Iโ€™ll maybe take 3 bites and toss whatever I got. Eating in the morning just sucks, and makes my stomach hurt.

Thereโ€™s no time for breakfast, just have lunch and dinner and call it good.

I’ve never been the bunny before!

I eat breakfast only after doing my daily chores, so that I feel I earned that meal. That, and I don’t have to eat my breakfast thinking about the work that needs doing, because that just ruins your day from the start.

Once you are used to it, you don’t want to eat until 12. Seems like awfully lot work to cook early in morning if my body doesn’t want anyย 

Iโ€™m guilty of unintentionally skipping breakfast, as long as I drink milk or water in the morning I donโ€™t feel hungry for a solid 2-4 hours.

I have decided to reset my body. And also to seriously continue intermediate fasting. To reset, I’ll be going on a water only fasting for 5 days starting today. and followed by intermediate fasting by eating only during the midday period as the insulin is most active then.

In the morning when you wake up your cortisol levels are high thus you dont need sugar in your blood its already high you are ready for the day u didnt do anything to deserve a reward work a few hours the in you can eat

Most health problems are from the abundance of resources that are easily available we work less eat more

I eat twice a day I love breakfast but the problem is the timing not the ingredients most of the time

It’s a fairly common thing in Italy to have a very light breakfast, and it’s not unusual to just skip it entirely.

What about people who swallow breakfast whole

I’m unable to eat (comfortably) anything right after waking up. I either wake up an hour or more earlier than I should just to eat something, or skip the breakfast and eat something later.

Not only do I skip breakfast, I hit the kettlebells/gym first thing in the morning and work out fasted. On a good day Iโ€™ll be about 20 hours fasted when I start my workout.
