What would be the easiest but sufficient way to be able to let sit after shower and drain through. It is solid with suction cups on the bottom..HELP?
I had one of these a long time ago. The best way to let these things drain is to pick them up and let them dry over the side of the tub or a railing. You’ll never get the water from under the suction cups and it’ll get moldy and gross otherwise.

You need to pull them up to let the water drain.
I mean, I’d certainly use a drill to make holes before trying to “cut” it, but you’re probably going to realize it’s a lot more effective to either pick it up and hang it on a guard rail or something to dry out or get a design with built-in holes/drainage…
The correct way to make holes would be with a large hollow punch and a mallet
