I could see this as maybe joking, but I feel like you described one day running errands for like a few hours, not some horribly time consuming or exhausting routine. So for that, it leads me to believe that she does almost nothing on the daily.
Has nobody here ever heard someone say “I’d kill myself” in response to something? Since I was a teenager I’ve used it as another way to say FML or almost compliment someone. “Omg you’re so admirable for doing this thing where I would kms” like you’re so much better than me.
