They voted for him because people they don’t like didn’t want him. It’s always been a vote to hurt the other half of the nation.

This is what happens when people vote for a persona and not on the ability to govern effectively.

It’s not even that they voted for him, but that most of the people who wouldn’t vote for him didn’t even fucking vote. Only like 1/3rd of the country actually voted for this clown

The primary enemy of democracy is an uneducated electorate. The GOP has systematically dismantled public education to the point that even HS graduates are incapable of making informed decisions
Remember, the problem wasn’t that Trump got more votes than he did last time, the problem was that Democrats lost votes
He says he hates the same people they hate, that’s why they voted for him. Everything else was just an excuse.
Anything but a woman, especially one of color.

I will never for as long as I live believe he got as many votes as the results said he did. Trump TOLD us multiple times before the election that he already had the votes, that he had a “little secret,” that people wouldn’t ever have to vote again.
And we just watched him take over the country with help from Musk and Putin.
Hint, he said he was going to deport everyone and take away LGBQT rights.
Most Americans didn’t vote. I feel like people forget that. The headline isn’t “Most Americans that voted for Donald Trump doubt he’ll be able to do the thing” it’s most Americans don’t think so. And most Americans didn’t vote at all.
Simple, bitch ass motherfuckers would turn themselves over to be slavers if it means there’s a small chance someone they don’t like has to be a slave too.
I know it’ll come as a surprise to a lot of people, but the major reason they voted for him was always the racism.

Uh, because they didn’t want to vote for a woman, any woman. Anyone with an “R” next to their name gets their vote regardless of how corrupt they are, ie Trump, Rick Scott, etc. The uneducated are the Republicans favorite people, that’s why they’re banning books, dumbing down their message, and choosing a WWE exec to be education secretary.
Because they like his vulgarity and disdain for the libs (whoever the libs are) at best.

It was never about real, or even imaginary, economic anxiety.
Well at least they prevented a qualified black woman from taking the job. /s

To be fair, most Americans didn’t when you count the staggering amount that don’t bother to vote at all.
They voted for Trump because he promised to fix everything in the first 24 hours. He promised a magic cure and people bought it.
They arent complaining because they know Trump lies, so you can’t believe anything he promises.
They voted for a liar because he lied, and are OK he lied because they know he’s a liar.
Look his 1st election that he was EVER in he won because we had elected Obama, a black man. We’ve never had a female president and we, foolishly thought that a black woman was going to beat him. America is extremely racist.
Americans would rather vote for a Russian spy than for a woman
Because he went after the blacks, the browns and the gays. That’s all there really is to it.
Americans don’t vote for what will benefit society. They vote to punish their perceived enemies.
Many intelligent people voted for him with the knowledge that he can’t really impact inflation. But they indicated that was the reason why as they either knownly or not hate DEI, trans and other things of this sort and don’t want to admit it. I watched many try mental gymnastics to explain how magaman will work this out.

They voted for him for precisely two reasons… racism and misogyny
