I think of it this way:
For anyone who abhors the Nazis, you won’t even do this by accident, because you *cannot* make this gesture unconsciously. You don’t do it consciously, because you think it’s abhorrent, which means that when it comes time for your brain to think, “Okay, body – celebrate by doing something!” you don’t *default* to the Nazi salute.
The only people who do are people who go about their regular daily lives *not* thinking it’s abhorrent. So intentional or not, as a gesture attached to some other action, or their mouths speaking some other words – the only folks who do this are Nazis.
Only Elon also makes it look like he’s squeezing out a shit at the same time
How many times in your life have you made this gesture without it being a Nazi salute (in jest or even meaningfully). My guess is zero for everyone explaining it away.

Nazis will be fought, and history told everyone that you cannot negotiate with Nazis, so be sure if you want to continue to go down this route, because for sure – Nazis will be exterminated.
