I heard about this and I hoped it was true.
I think it’s wild that i saw the videoclip of that specific phrase on instagram, and a whole lot of Americans were proudly showing their nuts and saying that they wouldn’t be stopped. Never thought I’d see the day.

This issue has been pretty funny so far.
Obviously this whole spat makes Trump and America look worse than anyone else involved.
But it has also been exposing a lot of European hypocrisy.
When Trump said he wants Greenland. The Danish response was solidarity and saying that Greenland is Europe and they would defend it.
When the PM of Greenland then said actually no one should own Greenland, it should be independent. The danish response was “shut the fuck up. You are not are real country. You would never exist without us propping you up. You are worthless dogs. Know your place.”
I recall world leaders laughing in his face at the UN back in 2018.

The thing is, and I’m not saying Denmark should sell, but the cash offer is the easy way. I wouldn’t be surprised if the USA occupies and annexes Greenland when these “diplomatic” solutions don’t work out.
