My guess is that people buying old low quality shoes for a ton of money are surprised they are destroying themselves

It’s made of a material that doesn’t like sitting in a closet for years due to something about moisture getting in.
Supposedly if you use it regularly it pushes the moisture out, they did not.
For some reason today there has been a big amount of shoes just randomly crumbling, probably just hyper focus or some changes in the generic sole recipe or something
