American here and I still measure in grams use ounces standard as well as metric and I bet the sockets that you use that are metric are attached to a 3/8 1/4 or half inch Drive

We use the metric system…..it’s for weapons …..but we still use it dammit
American here. We use metric for science, but if you think I’m measuring my diet in Kg instead of Lbs. You’re crazy. I get 2.2 times more numbers this way. And how is the average man supposed to say he’s 6 foot on dating apps when they’re actually 178cm???
Besides all that, the rest of the world wants to make fun of Americans for using British Imperial measure when they should be making fun of our 2×4″ lumber is 1.5″x3.5″ and we elected the single worst person to hold high office since Hungarian President Victor Orban.
