Yes, I hate that so much. I always regret when I sleep too little and then I go to bed early and still wake up just as tired. It feels like a scam to me

Sleeping eight hours is way more refreshing than four hours. You’re potentially doing something that’s messing with your sleep. Such as: Inconsistent sleep, caffeine, eating one to two hours before bed, and blue light.

Alternatively, you could also have an unnoticed condition like Sleep Apnea or a small degree of Insomnia. Please look into these if you suspect that you might have them.
