He isn’t fighting. He is sending his own people to fight a war they don’t want to be in. Look at the videos of soldiers saying they are tired and want peace. Look at the videos of men being kidnapped off of the street and forced into the military.
He should be fighting for lasting peace for his country.

Where’s the evidence that he will fight to the death? He sent people to their deaths for sure. Ukraine has a relationship with Russia like the one that Panama has with the US, and Taiwan has with China. Each is a strategic haven/port for naval access to the seas.
The US land locked Iraq by claiming the independence of Kuwait. The same strategy is being used against Russia and China with Ukraine and Taiwan. Each represents a proxy war. Patriotism is being weaponized against the population of each country.
Can Cuba claim independence at Guantanamo Bay? Guam? Puerto Rico? Virgin Islands? Bases in the Phillipines or West Germany? Should Hawaii be free like Ukraine wants to be? There are US bases and Strategic Oil Reserves ( SORs)worldwide. We have to be realistic.
We must remember, there may be no where to fly to safety eventually. And those of us without the millions and billions will be the 1st to suffer at the hands of dictators
