The only part of the confederacy they’re ashamed of is the part where they were defeated
I don’t follow those who support HIM. I don’t support businesses that support HIM. I encourage others to do the same.
Sorry to correct the facts, but that was democrats (the parties were on the flip-side in confederate days).
To be fair, the confederacy were democrats. (MAGA loves to crow about how they’re “the party of Lincoln!” while conveniently ixnay-ing that pesky emancipation part)
They lack the mental capacity. Not all minds are the same. And some cannot feel shame too well
States rats.
Shame is for people who have a moral compass. MAGA has no shame or moral compass.
Which is wild because they’ll go on and on about how Lincoln was a Republican. Yeah, and the party still wasn’t friends with Black people after abolishing slavery.
Also, if you have to go back a century and a half to find something good your party did, then you may need to re-evaluate your morals today.

What company is it that makes these games? Already had a movie on it, why not a video game. Some edgy marketing, and tweaks to make each side stronger at different times. Would market itself.

Why doesn’t America just split into two nations at this point? It seems like it’ll never work with the newfound irredentism.
It was the defeat of The Confederacy that created this authoritarian centralized government.
Nor Watergate, nor Iran-Contra, nor the S&L Crisis, nor the Iraq War…
They just loved their black workers so much, they didn’t want to let go.
Republicans are not capable of self-awareness.
Part of Longwell’s shtick is a belief that the party can somehow be rebooted into some pre-2008 (or so) version of itself, that while still having many positions unpopular to many posters here, was quite different than how the party is acting today.

I understand that the modern Republican Party contains the values and philosophy of the historical Dixie-crats, but still I don’t like this message just because it falls flat.
Republicans will just not see the point and suck each others dicks about being the “PaRtY oF LiNcOlN”

Yea except the democrats were the confederacy .. the parties didn’t switch until around the 60s when the southern strategy was used by republicans to appeal to the white racist Dixiecrats .. dunno who John Fugelsang is , but he’s not very intelligent and should crack open a history book
