Back in the day people used animal intestins as condoms. Everything has to be vegan these days, huh?
They ain’t going to get crispy overlapping like that. Also just bake the longer. But you’re not going to get actually chips that way.
You aren’t supposed to overlap the potato slices, that just traps any water left in the potatoes and makes them soggy. Did you dry the potatoes really well before putting the slices on?
Also, parchment paper is your friend.
