I took a girl on a simple walk through a butterfly garden, judged the connection there and then followed up with a nice meal. Ended up dating for a short time. overall good experience doing cheaper first dates.

me and my boyfriend do that at least three times a week. get a blanket, cute cheap grocery store sandwiches, some beers and some weed, go somewhere with trees or whatever. we can watch birds together for hours, or even point at weird stuff floating in a lake for an afternoon.
i don’t understand why dating is so transactional for some people, nature is fun it’s not your fault that it comes for free and she wants you to spend her a good few hundred dollars out of respect for her lol.

I told my son to join this subreddit because he seems to meet all the bitches out there. Maybe this will help him realize that he is NOT the unloveable one. I am utterly dumbfounded by how cruel these girls are and this just proves that he’s not the only one dealing with these horrible humans.
