Who the hell is gonna mess with this guy in prison? Not only is he a former heavy weight UFC champion, he’s in prison for trying to kill a man that molested his son. He’s basically a king in there albeit he’ll be out of the slammer closer to a year vs 5.
Why was the molestor out of prison to begin with.
Should be 10 years behind bars, no bail, nothing. Absolute disgrace of justice from the judge.
Safe to say any good father would risk his freedom to protect his child from a pedophile.

The charges stemmed from a Feb. 28, 2022 incident when Velasquez drove his truck in a high-speed pursuit of another vehicle. Velasquez fired a handgun at the vehicle, which was later revealed to be carrying Goularte and family, who ran the daycare Velasquez’s then-4-year-old son attended. Goularte had been arrested days prior for allegedly molesting the young boy repeatedly. The gunfire from Velasquez penetrated the Goularte’s vehicle and struck Goularte’s stepfather, Paul Bender, causing an injury to the man’s arm. I believe 5 years isn’t too long for protecting your four year old son from a pedo. They say he’ll be out in a year.
Okay so he was shooting a gun into a car that carried this guy, but also his family. Apparently shot the guys stepfather. That’s why he’s being charged

Leniency was needed here. I wouldn’t be able to sentence him if i were the judge, I’d let him walk.

People gotta realize he could’ve easily killed innocent people with how reckless he was. I’m a fan of Cain and feel terrible for what he and his family have went through, but there are consequences to firing a gun at people on a public road, hitting the wrong person. Saying “Free Cain” is crazy, he’s completely guilty of almost killing innocent people

To be on a safer side i would have just beaten the shit out of the guy so much so that his internal starts bleeding , maybe also handicapped him with unrepairability on both arms and legs and finally boot smashed his balls making him unable to perform in future.
Now that’s a living hell for a Pedo and probably the best punishment only second to killing.
