I stayed at a hotel in the US one time and someone left a bullet on their room service plates in the hallway – guessing they weren’t a fan of the chefs work…

How do you order a pizza *on* Sicily? Like, you phone them up long distance and just ask them to dump a pizza onto the ground?

I remember something about an italian pizza institution going to check every pizza place that claimed they had traditional pizza’s, authentic italian pizza , or maybe true sicilian pizza..
The restaurant owner had to be up to “pizza code” to claim such a thing
