Ok but a construction worker taking the time to write a cute little poem to soften the “your dog is becoming a liability” note is so cute 😭
They’re not getting anything done with that buddy there (in a good way) and wrote the nicest note possible
back when I worked construction it was quite common for street cats to come investigate us and hang around/lounge on the tools the whole nine
boss didn’t care and we found it welcoming on the rougher days
One of the cats I nicknamed “Scrapper” because if any other cat came up to me he would start throwing paws
It may be a good thing the owner may not be aware. I did not know when I put my dog in the backyard that they had dog a hole and was just running around the whole neighborhood until I was walking the dog and somebody stopped me and said I had the sweetest dog ever and they loved seeing her and I was like how did you even meet my dog.
How can you say no to that face though
Two of my buddy’s best dogs are from random construction sites after a month or so of showing up. The guys show up every day same time, give it a little bit of food, love on the dog, then go home same time. Dogs like the routine and keep showing up, then they loved being brought to a new home. Both were probably strays but still.
I mean letting your dog free roam is kinda shitty, but this is the best way to be told that.
Free range pets are always a problem. Take care of your animals.
Poor thing 🙁 it needs to be in a safe yard with people who care and spend time with their pet.
I live across the street from a house being built on my road. This sweet girl just showed up one day and hung out with the workers, but they aren’t a fan😭She’s incredibly sweet, and takes walks with me when I go down the road. I’m gonna miss seeing her if she doesn’t show up anymore. I know she has an owner because she’s very well taken care of, and I never see her roaming around at night, though we did check to make sure she wasn’t missing.
People who don’t keep their dogs contained on a leash or in their yard are the worst kind of people

I did this to a German shepherd that kept coming to my farm. Learned later that week the owner shot her dead after reading my note. I’ll never forgive myself.
