I am not affiliated with Renew, and I have my disagreements with them, this is just for discussion.
EDIT: This post is growing quite fast. Thank you to everyone for your discussion whether you agree or not. Mods, sorry for the odd flair, I thought Anti-U.S sentiment propaganda coming out of a major party is incredibly fascinating, especially due to recent news, but wasn’t sure what quite works.
Dutch VVD (Mark Rutte’s party) is in Renew Europe. The VVD is now cooperating in a coalition with far-right PVV (Geert Wilders’ party), because, according to the VVD, the center and the center-left are far more dangerous than the far-right. So they rather team up with the far-right.
It’s a nice poster, and I voted for Renew last elections (*not* VDD), but the problem exists within your own group as well. Renew thought about [expelling](https://www.euronews.com/my-europe/2024/05/21/renew-europe-will-vote-to-expel-dutch-vvd-party-on-june-10-group-leader-says) VVD last summer, but, sadly, they didn’t.
Appeasers and enablers of the far-right are just as bad as the far-right itself. You don’t work together with enemies of Europe. You simply don’t. The current VVD has no business in Renew Europe.
This coming from Renew Europe is insane. I don’t think Americans are aware of how over the EU’s relationship is with them. Electing a Democrat isn’t going to fix this, their asses are getting dumped.
They didn’t actually had one either.
No separation between executive and court.
And a lot of other weird things. US constituion is a joke.
We are guilty, we voted in spineless politicians who kept bending to the US will. Now we are where we are, with us being the theater of another war without being the bad ones for once.
It is time we make ourselves independent from these unreliable business partners. Let them live their lies and their delusion.

Yeah, yeah, america bad and all, can our politicians actually start doing something? It’s not America’s fault if our military sucks or if Germany is dependent or Russian gas.

Advocates for free speech absolutism are really advocating for weaponized strategical communications aimed at destabilizing democracies.
Then once in control they deem dissenting speech against their ideology as defamatory, harassment, or ideologically subversive.
The US would rather have us embrace chinese and russian pawns than actually try to protect our democracies, just because those pawns are easier to influence.
They were never actually democratic though.
There have been presidents that lost the popular vote. The electoral college is a joke.

You have no idea how many of us Americans actually want something to change. It also just so happens that the amount of mental incompetency outweighs rationality in this country by miles so until these idiots either die or smarten up, nothing is gonna change.
