and that’s awkward

Awkward is not something you are. It is about the perception of others or your perception of how you are perceived. 

Either way you are around people that make you feel awkward. It isn’t even that they think you are awkward, you think they do. 

There are plenty people who I think are awkward who have no idea I think that and they don’t care. There probably are plenty situations where people find me awkward and I don’t know and I don’t care and sometimes I do notice and not care and sometimes I do notice and do care. So all combinations are possible. 

Tldr it is in the eye of the beholder.
