YouTube premium on a family plan is better value than any streaming service if you watch YouTube more than 2 hours a day

I use it. I like it. Ad blocker and able to turn off phone and listen like a podcast are the two main reasons I use it.
🫡l long time premium user I used to basically exclusively watch YouTube on my tv didn’t really watch any other apps so it made sense. Plus I use YouTube music and have playlists that I couldn’t take the time to rebuild. So, alas ai persist as one of few.
I do pay for youtube premium, but only because when I was streaming it to my TV via chromecast, using an adblocked wasn’t an option.
I literally don’t know what else youtube premium does. Apart from changing the logo, and letting me play stuff in the background on my phone.
I use it. I use about 10 different computers at work (obviously being work computers im not allowed to install any kind of ad blocker). It’s just worth it.
I do for no adds everywhere and being able to easily download.

I pay for it but I used a VPN to buy and now pay in vietnamese currency so it’s like 2,5 bucks for me
I got YT Premium. I use it everyday tho. And it’s my only subscription apart from football. I like it. Will keep and laugh at the memes
I also pay for it, mainly ly for the ability to listen to podcasts in the background, but the ad blocking is a strong second reason
I have since it includes YT music so I don’t have to pay for Spotify so better value

I have YouTube music which gives me premium also. Whenever a friend shows me a video with an ad, I do look down upon them like they are peasants.

No need for yt premium if you have a free 3rd party app that blocks ads and allows for a bunch of other premium features

Yes I get it it’s so the biz can function but does anyone actually ever listen to ads? Not just YouTube but does anyone born past 1990 actually listen to any kind of ads and not immediately mute them? Maybe just me
Youtube premium is the one thing I will never cancel. I use YouTube too much to allow adverts back into my life. Would cancel disney+, Spotify or netflix way before I would cancel YTP
