I looove floor sleeping on my yoga mat. Never using big fluffy mattresses again. Floor sleeping let’s my bones support me and my muscles tendons relax.

Nope, 42 here. If you aren’t actually injured and your back hurts like this regularly, you need to strengthen your back. Too many people ignore their fitness and health and just sit in a chair all day.
Do yourself a favor and hit the gym and get yourself in shape, your future self will thank you.
