This is really easy to avoid. Don’t vandalize Tesla’s, the dealers or the charging stations.
I drove past several Tesla’s and a dealership and it never occurred to me to set anything on fire, therefore there’s no chance of me being charged with domestic terrorism for destroying Tesla’s.
