This post is only further evidence that “woke mind virus” is a non-issue. The show, “My Lady Jane” Is a historical *fantasy* . The king in the picture is supposed to be Edward, son of Henry VIII, who died at 15 in real life. The show also features human animal shapeshifters, so maybe it’s not trying to present itself as 100% realistic idk.
If you want a more true to life tudor drama, you can watch the much more popular, critically acclaimed Wolf Hall.

It’s weird how all the people who complain about historical accuracy when you cast black people, not one of them I’ve ever heard complain about the fact that medieval (peasant) women are shown as completely shaved, in perfect hair and makeup and with flawless skin.
Weird how the interest in historical accuracy seems to very selective in that way……
