If you sort by controversial all time most of the posts are more of a r/faceplam than the top posts all time they just don’t agree with the politics of the sub
I’ve already had to leave 5 or 6 subs because of politics invading. Not even political subs.
The amount of *politics* in r/worldpolitics is wilding
Almost every popular sub is like that. Unfortunately the only thing you can do is mute them.
The only reason that’s the case is because the Americans have allowed their inmates to run their asylum

Every single page is filled with Americans complaining about a leader THEY elected

lots of popular subreddits are just politics now
Reddit’s VP of Communications is a radical left-wing activist. There’s likely heavy pressure from the top to politicize as much of the site as they can.
