What he is, is a master-baiter.
Elon will bait you into thinking a lot of things that are hardly true or feasible.
Unless I’m wrong and he has played RL I think the joke is about his Space X rockets not being the most reliable.

I just want to watch Elon musk play Kerbal space program. I firmly believe that would shut down half his fans within 1 hour of gameplay.
