Even if that statement of 37.5 MB per sperm was correct (which it is not) the amount of data transferred would still be only 37.5 MB, just with a lot of redundancy to reduce the risk of *package/transmission loss*.
Why the 37.5 MB is incorrect? 37.5 MB is the amount of memory required to store the information of the sequence of one human DNA in one particular computer model. If the model was designed differently, the same DNA representation would need a different amount of memory. So it is not the DNA that defines the memory required but the way the programmers implemented the model that represents it.

I’m pretty sure windows 11 takes up more than 2GB.
Edit: yes, it takes 64GB. So 15.5TB is only 248 copies of windows. Not even close to 7,500 laptops
