I wish I had a 3ds :/
My 3DS from all the way back in Christmas 2011 still works well and it’s my favorite handheld to this day.

When people say “doesn’t include the charger” they mean the brick. The part that plugs into the wall. The thing that everyone on earth replaces, because you can buy one that holds 10 usb ports on one plug. Every apple product I have bought in the last year comes with a charging cable.
I love to start it up and play some games on it from time to time
I have a 3DSXL, can’t remember if it came with a charger but they weren’t hard to find at that point (it was not a proprietary plug). I had several charging stations around the house.
love playing a bit of pokemon or mario kart 7 every few months, and its pretty easy to carry around
