Watching them trying to gaslight something so blatantly in real time is crazy. The way they’re talking about autism is so incredibly insulting to people who have high functioning autism too(which would be the kind Elon would have). It doesn’t cause you to randomly do nazi salutes.

This is how propaganda/apologetics works. Something happens/is said/is written that is problematic for the movement so the apologists look for any excuse they can use to make it less offensive, or even a positive. That excuse need not be true, truth is not the goal, only getting the public to overlook the problem until they can distract you with something new.
