Got my Model 3 in 2020 and actually did really love it as a car. Traded it in last month as I couldn’t stand to look at it anymore thanks to Musk.
I live in MA and there used to be (and still are) a lot of Teslas, but I see the ratio of Teslas to other EVs shifting in the last year. A lot more Rivians, VWs and Ioniqs.
Funny you post this. Just this morning a neighbor tried showing off their brand new Tesla and asked when I’d get myself one. Needless to say, the conversation did not go the way they intended.
Bought my Model 3 in 2018 and it’s been great. Won’t be my next car for this very reason.
This is why we can’t have nice things. The world absolutely needs to go fully electric, and Elon fucked it up for everyone.

My ex who is a teacher bought a Tesla earlier this year right after we broke up, interesting choice on her end.
You have to admit that people who are EV buyers are now turned off by Musk. But the stock price jumped after the election. I’m not smart enough to understand where new EV buyers come from. MAGA hates EV, they won’t buy them. Who is their customer?
Is there any chance Tesla sales will go on as an anti=Trump protest?
