Good luck trying to tell that to cat owners who think cleaning a litter box twice a month is good enough.
I just moved out for the first time a few weeks ago. I went back home to visit maybe 2-3 days after to grab some more stuff, and I did *not* realize how much my dog contributed to the smell of the house. Smh.
It’s literally because our senses adapt to it…
Same reason that you can’t smell yourself…
it’s called nose blind, febreeze did an advert on it
Going away for the weekend and coming back really opened my eyes to it.
