I admit my gymnastics are too weak to explain this one, but I think there are situations where it may look like Trump would’ve been at fault during his administration and then made better during Biden’s (I can’t think of how to word this well), but the point is that current Trump would just blame it on Obama or still randomly blame Biden and people would just believe it.Â
