Honestly, make it clear to her that you saw it and ask if she’s dissatisfied with the relationship, or with anything you’ve done recently. This is a golden opportunity for you to establish a precedent for communicating with her, and probably will ensure that she trusts you enough to not have to go to reddit for personal advice again
