The Switch can’t run Wii or GameCube games without a crappy subscription. Steam Deck is a clear winner.

The steam deck can’t run LoL out of the box.
In fact, you need to turn the steam deck into a rog ally for it to run LoL, meaning that you need to install windows.
I don’t know if the Steam Deck will run LoL or not, but I’d bet money it’ll run DOTA 2, and that’s actually worse…

Assuming you actually could run League on Linux… The steam deck can also not run League. You have the option to not play a game even if the device supports it. Just need to enable don’t run League mode and the deck will perform just as well if not better at not running league.
Nintendo Switch’s only power over SteamDeck is battery life as long as twice the time because it’s very underpowered, incapable to run modern games like Deck does. Same goes for Deck versus Asus Ally, Ally is more powerful but also eats battery like candy, not good for a handheld.
