Heat it, the water will boil, raising the pressure inside the bowl. You’ll have to manage t .remove the bowl as soon as it is out tho, so it’s gonna be very hot, otherwise, if you let it cool, you will have the same issue.

Put some tape on one side of the clear bowl and hold the other bowl down

Hammer.

Or try the opposite of heat since that’s what caused it – throw it in the fridge?

Did you try pulling them apart

HAMMER!!!

Title: Separating the Wheat from the Chaff: Tips and Tricks for Effective Sorting

Introduction:

In life, we often find ourselves faced with a daunting task – separating things that look alike, yet are different in some way. It’s a common problem, and one that can be frustrating and overwhelming. From sorting clothes in the laundry to distinguishing between similar-sounding names, separating is an essential skill that requires attention to detail, strategy, and patience. In this article, we will explore the ways to effectively separate various things, using a range of techniques and tips.

I. Clothing Separation

Separating clothes in the laundry may seem like a straightforward task, but it’s easier said than done. When faced with a pile of mixed fabrics and colors, it’s tempting to lump everything together and hope for the best. However, this can lead to missed spots, fabric damage, and unsightly stains. To avoid this, take the following steps:

1. Start by sorting items into three main categories: whites, colors, and delicates. This is the foundation of effective sorting, and will help ensure that each item is given the appropriate care.
2. Within each category, separate items by fabric type. For example, you can separate cotton from synthetic fabrics, and delicate materials like silk or lace.
3. Check each item for any visible stains or spots. Treat these promptly before washing, to avoid any potential damage.
4. When in doubt, err on the side of caution and treat the item as if it were delicates.

II. Fruit and Vegetable Separation

Separating fruits and vegetables is another important task in the kitchen. Not only does it ensure that items are used in the most effective way, but it also prevents cross-contamination and food waste. To separate these items effectively, follow these steps:

1. Begin by categorizing fruits and vegetables into five main groups: leafy greens, root vegetables, cruciferous vegetables, citrus fruits, and all other fruits and vegetables.
2. Within each category, separate items by shape, size, and texture. For example, group all berries together, or separate citrus fruits by skin type (e.g. lemons and oranges from grapefruits and other types).
3. Use a sorting mat or surface to prevent cross-contamination, especially when handling foods that require separate handling.
4. When in doubt, trust your instincts. If a fruit or vegetable looks suspiciously similar, but has a different shape or color, it’s likely safe to separate.

III. Digital File Organization

In the digital age, sorting files and data is a vital task that requires organization and attention to detail. To separate files effectively, follow these steps:

1. Start by creating folders and subfolders based on project, date, or topic. This will help keep your digital files tidy and easy to locate.
2. Sort files within each folder or subfolder using a standard naming convention, such as “John Smith – Quarterly Report” or “Company Newsletter – Summer 2019”.
3. Be mindful of file types. For example, separate files by image type (JPEG, PNG, etc.) or video type (MOV, MP4, etc.).
4. Avoid over-segmenting folders, as this can make it difficult to find information. Instead, use labels or tags to add metadata to each file.

Conclusion:

Separating things can be a daunting task, but by following these steps and using a range of techniques and tips, it can become a manageable process. Remember to pay attention to detail, use logical categorization methods, and trust your instincts. Whether it’s separating clothes in the laundry, fruits and vegetables in the kitchen, or digital files on your computer, effective sorting is essential to avoiding frustration and achieving organization.

My husband microwaved this pyrex like this for some reason. The food inside was partially frozen, and now they are stuck together. Is there any way to get these unstuck?
