I’m trying to build a healthy diet, but I have a hard time because I dislike most vegetables. For example, i dont like:
• Arugula
• Chard
• Carrot (I only eat it in soups)
• Beetroot
• Parsnip
• Celery
• Radish
• Sweet Potato
• Soybean
• Cauliflower
• Red Cabbage
• Pumpkin (all types)
• Patty Pan Squash
• Tomato (I only eat it on pizza or in stews where its taste is not noticeable)
• Eggplant
• Bell Pepper (raw)
• Asparagus
• Bamboo Shoot
Does anyone have advice on creating a balanced diet for someone with such picky eating habits? I’m open to suggestions, recipes, or tips for learning to incorporate more vegetables into my meals!(I am currently only a beginner at cooking, which makes things even more difficult for me.)
